god how fukin tight was it rearranging your room when you were younger and it feeling like a different space and you’d show your parents and they’d be like wow very nice and you’d be like FUCK yes new room new me i’m gonna put these pillows and fluffy animals back on my bed every fukin morning from now on and like that night you can barely sleep cause you’re so excited to be sleeping in ur new room layout and then the novelty wears off and you go back to your messy self idk or was that just me

my mom taught me the therapeutic power of cleaning. open all the windows. throw out the old. wipe down the entire house. burn some incense. roast some coffee. then rest. that way the tears from last night don’t feel as heavy.

She just wanted you to clean the house

No it’s actually been studied and proven that for people with anxiety and depression that it’s really good for us it gives us a sense of control, setting, and being well grounded. It allows to make a new place out of the old and is really relaxing

I can confirm this! Everytime I am feeling overwhelmed and anxious I end up cleaning some part of my house. And it really does help, especially after a pretty bad night!

“Grab her waist as she walks away and pull her into you. Look into her eyes and lock lips with her as you run your fingers through her hair and across her face before grasping the back of her neck as your kiss intensifies. Slip your tongue over hers and bite her lip as you run your hand down the side of her body and over her thigh. Leave her breathless and wanting more at the very thought of your touch. Kiss her the way every woman deserves to be kissed.”
